I personally think that good things should be appreciated and for this very reason, I am writing to appreciate the sincere efforts of a German company, BMW. BMW is a renowned luxurious vehicles making company, honoured in every part of the world because of its durable and breath taking, vehicles.
BMW was founded in 7th of March, 1916. It’s headquarter is working in Munich, Germany. Vehicles manufactured by BMW are always liked by people because of th,eir modern design, powerful engines and latest technologies. All the series under BMW’s tag are efficient but 2 series in my opinion, is the most promising one.
From production and handling that make your pulse race speedier to a rich sports car heritage; this is really a vehicle that’s all heart and crisp BMW. Just do one thing; get yourself behind the wheel of the active BMW 2 Series, and let your feelings have their way with you.
It is accessible in a coupe and a convertible design along with automatic, manual, and optional xDrive. In spite of its compact size, the 2 Series’ lean, mean style and low beltline projects power, even when it is standing still. And the versatile 2 Series of BMW provides you plenty of options and extras just like an available sunroof for an emotion of freedom on the road.
To be more precise, my focus of attention is BMW 220i Active Tourer, which is a front wheel drive with a spacious interior as compared to its compact looking exterior. From the front, the kidney grill of 220i is flanked by twin circular headlights, sculpted bonnet and a sharply raked windscreen. Sharp lines greatly contour the side of the car to the back-end, focusing the sophisticated presence of the BMW 220i Active Tourer.
On the inside of this vehicle, the cabin is great and luxurious with really high-end trimmings – up front, the driver seat and front passenger seats are manually (non-automatic) adjustable for the accurate support and comfort, while the roomy rear gives ample area for the three occupants and a broad luggage compartment.
With respect to engine of 220i, it is a handy five seater which includes a selection of three petrol and one diesel BMW Twin Power Turbocharged engines. The powerful 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine in the smart BMW 220i Active Tourer (combined consumption of fuel: 6.1-5.9 l/100 km, combined emissions of CO2: 142–137 g/km) supplies a peak output of 141 kW/192 bhp at almost 4,700 rpm and a torque maximum of 280 Nm at 1,250 rpm.
This account for outstanding athletic performance figures: the BMW 220i requires only 7.5 seconds for the sprint from zero to 100 km/h, as its top speed is 230 km/h. So, to conclude, it can be said that 220i is a splendid car with high power engine.
The 220i is exceptionally well equipped along with standard features involving electric tailgate operation, climate control, easy communications with extended Bluetooth functionality, cruise control, automatic (non-manual) lights and windscreen wipers, electric windows and mirrors, six airbags and front and back Park Distance Control etc. It also provides a strong performance mixed with efficient consumption of fuel.
